Modular 2x Peat Pot #3 Holder/Waterer

A holder for #3 size peat pots (found @Home Depot and other garden supply stores). This holder will hold 2 #3 size peat pots and holds a small amount of water which can flow from one side to the other. There is also a port for adding more water and/or inspecting the water level.
