VISE PRESS
VISE 160x70... PS 170x70 already under the M100 bolt
70 mm approximate capture
presses really hard, the main thing is not to pinch your finger
I don't have a youtube account to show the video how it works, I turn the electric motor turns out well
on threaded studs, I use some upgrades, lighting and a magnifying glass, which is very convenient when soldering
I use M8 bolts, you can take a long thread M8 screw of any size to cut and make the structure longer if you need to clamp something larger
a good idea that I have slightly improved for my needs. much better with steel threaded pins, you can twist harder. also, the inclined gears transmit the moment better, and the fasteners for mounting to my small machine are now really satisfied.
stl files are the latest improvements
the mounting is slightly strengthened where the countersink is and the size of the guide is increased to 100 mm bolt
