Ikea Pegboard to 1" x 1" pegboard adapter

Helped someone online with an Ikea Pegboard adapter, it adapts Ikea pegboard accessories to standard 1" x 1" utility pegboard. I relied on measurements provided by the person requesting the adapter, if you find the measurements do not work for you feel free to offer suggestion on how I can improve the fit.

Update: Had a request to refresh the design. I've uploaded new versions with oblong holes, 3mm and 5mm versions.
