Fourth (4th) Axis for CNC Music Factory

CNC Music Factory is a set of modifications to a 3018 hobby CNC to better support DIY musical instrument experimentation:

This is a remix of a 4th axis design originally by ve6dbd:

A redesigned tailstock, dead end, and live end allow this 4th axis to operate within the 50 mm Z axis of the CNCMF.

This design requires a NEMA 17 motor, like this one:
