Summary

Machined parts at work needed extra de-burring around holes where the CNC spindle couldn't reach, so we de-burred them by hand with a chamfer end mill.

However, the end mill is slippery in the hand and prevents you from getting enough force to deburr the holes in a timely manner. This little grip solves that issue. This grip is meant for CNC/hand tools with a 1/4" (.250 in) shank diameter

Post-Printing

ID of the grip might not be to size after printing.

Drill the ID to size (.250 in).
Secure your tool in a vice.
Gently hammer the grip onto your tool until in the desired location.
