Summary

I scaled the original down to Z=3.2mm (66.66%) and stacked two together (to about 150% height) to extend the height of the shaft to accommodate the full peg tip height on the official base pegs.

I realized afterward I could have just increased the height instead. Printer won't know the difference. It prints perfectly.

You may need to adjust the scale up or down a hair depending on the amount of shrinkage of your resin of choice. Try as is first.
