Customizable Phone Clip for VR Headset

UPDATE 2/6/2015: I changed the shape of the top clip to fit my newer VR viewer. Also added the stl file that will fit an iPhone 6+.

UPDATE 1/14/15: I have changed the format of the SCAD file, and hopefully it is now Customizer Friendly!

I wanted something more elegant than rubber bands to fit my headset, so this is what I came up with. I don't have a Note 4, so I can't vouch for the fit on that, but it works perfectly for my OnePlus One.

If the fit isn't perfect, the top clip can be replaced with a rubber band and things should work out okay. I measured my phone to be 9.1mm at its thickest point, and if yours is thinner you can always pad the clip with a bit of foam.

But that will leave you with a loose piece to keep track of when the phone isn't attached.
