ash bin grate for masterbuilt gravity series smoker

I used Fusion 360 to recreate an ash bin grate that I saw on a mods company for the masterbuilt gravity series smokers.

Included is the 3d representation, the dxf file with bend lines shown and then also the dxf without bend lines. I had to use the file without bend lines for post processing in SheetCAM which was reading the bend lines as cut lines. I cut it from 14 GA mild steel and bent it in a box brake.

The ash grate catches lump charcoal that has not totally burned through allowing for more efficiency. It also allow to hold wood so that ember will fall on it a burn allowing you to customize the taste according to a particular wood while using lump charcoal.
