Summary

I grabbed a few Qi charging boards before the holidays to make chargers for my mom and dad. I was a bit jealous, so when I got home I ordered another for myself and here it is. I got the boards from Adafruit http://www.adafruit.com/products/2162. I use a nexus 5 if you use something else let me know and I can easily modify the model.
You can also use a logo of you choosing, I scaled this model of an opensource hardware logo for mine.

Instructions

Non printed parts:
4 ea. 16mm M3
2 ea. 10mm M3
6 ea. M3 nuts
Super Glue
QI charger (http://www.adafruit.com/products/2162)
4 ea. rubber feet

Print both the top and base
Place Qi pcb in base, you will need to bend the wires connecting the charging base so be careful they are only just wrapped. In fact mind those wires throughout the assembly, just be slow.
Using the 4 16mm M3 bolts attach the cap of the base by first sliding the bolts into the upper half of the base, next the pcb's mounting holes,then finally lower half of the base. At this point mind the alignment if the pcb inside the base as it can be moved while tightening the bolts. Place 4 M3 nuts into the bottom of the lower half of the base to secure.
Using the 2 10mm M3 bolts attach the lower half of the top to the base, secure with 2 M3 nuts.
Place charging plate into the top and push all wires into the channel in the top itself.
Glue the face of the top on .
Finally glue you favorite logo into the relief in the face.
