GoPro 360 rotating swivel

Remix.
When I sliced the original swivel in Cura 5.5.0, it was very broken. Meshmixer couldn't fix it, so I remade it.
The collar pieces are unmodified from the original.
The swivel pieces are newly made with the Go Pro tabs coming from the modular mounting system Arm.
