40x80 Bracket for Aluminum Extrusions

This is a bracket for a 40x80 mm aluminum extrusion. I am using a .6mm nozzle, I used 0.65mm width, 0.3mm layer. For the side walls they are multiple of 10x0.65mm width so the side walls are solid. I selected a perimeter of 10 layers around the base-perimeter. The holes are 9mm for a clearance fit for 8mm screws. The hole through the ribs is 9mm with a 15mm offset in both directions. The base is flat against the platform. All other corners are 0.0.51 inches (1.3 mm) radii
