Voltax Flashlight Holder Clip

I modified the original Flashlight Holder Clip as follows:

• For Voltax flashlight (really good, $2 from Dollarama)
• Larger back plate allows for epoxy to be used.
• Back plate same size as ring width for rotated printing and maybe stronger filament grain.
• Added percentage to be used for ring gap.
• Cut away the sharp opening a bit.
