Lower Rotary Assembly v7

This is a lower rotary assembly for a toy helicopter.
This is the 7th revision and final version. The tolerances of the model are down to .006" in the model meaning that with a highly tuned printer there is no reason that this should not be a snug fit on the shaft. Added features:

• stronger joint between the shaft and blades.
• tighter tolerances on all screw holes.
• within the blade slot, mounting hole has bevelled guiding diamitor

• Current model tested in ABS on a Uprint
