Holey 3D Printed Cast

I helped a couple of students design and print a cast for a biomedical class as a project. We started by scanning his right forearm with a handheld scanner. From there I imported the arm into Inventor and constructed various cross-sections of the arm to create the transitions of the cast. Once built, I subtracted the arm and added the holes. The cast had to be split into four sections to fit on the Replicator 2. Over all size is a little over 11" long, 6" wide and 6-7" tall.
