Summary

This is a mounting-case for a "Danfoss-Link" heating controller. The powersupply is meant to mount inside a flush-mounted box inside the wall.
As this was not possible here, i created this box, to mount the controller on the wall. Please read the Instructions carefully as this is not a perfectly engineered design.

Instructions

First, there are two versions of this thing. Called width- and without-support. The difference is in the upper mounting holes. As they don't come out clean, i made a one-layer thin plate underneath the holes, as a support. This is the version "with-support".
If you want to use normal support-piles, choose the version without support.

Assembly and Mounting

Mount four M4-Nuts inside the upper holes. This works best if you screw in the bolt and nut alone (without the controller). The nut is drawn into the hole, and should stay there. Unscrew the bolt again.
All four nuts are fixed. If they dont stay, use a little bit of duct tape.
Now mount the box to the wall (using the lower four holes).
After that, pull the powercable through one of the side-holes, connect it to the rear-plate with the powersupply in it, and secure the plate using the four M4 bolts.
Now you can slide in the Link-Controller, and use your heating-control.
