Le Havre storage and play organizer

Some minor updates on megazear7's wonderful efforts:
• Added coin houses. Don't know how to remove the resource tags "properly" so just a negative part to erase them and 1s + 5s to glue on.
• Trimmed outer edge of storage tray and enlarge space for round tokens.
• Filled in roofs for easier printing.

Each house needs a top, a bottom with its resource tag plus a generic "lid". The top should be glued onto the lid (I assume this is to avoid needing to print the lids or tops "upside-down").
