Clip Pad Limited Range (won't pop off)

Have you ever needed the pad of a clamp to rotate 90 degree to become totally unusable and then pop off/break/get lost?

Me either.

These only rotate about 30 degrees, about the amount you ever need the pad to rotate and still work.

While I was at it, made a perfectly smooth pad, and a rounded pad made to clamp on tube/pipe/dowel or other cylindrical surfaces.

Started with the 4" medium-small clips from Harbor Freight. Will be checking fit with Dollar Tree ones and adding those. As well as resizing for other clip sizes.

Print sideways nice and strong this way, needs just a little support, and a few seconds of cleanup
