Summary

This design was inspired by the PSD "Out-side" footstop. Printed with ABS plastic. The board used is the Earthwing Big Hoopty; mounted with Red 44 Caliber 1. The screw used is a 1.5inch 10/32 phillips head screw. Edit as you please.

Still just a proto, will edit upon further designing.

Instructions

After creating a 3.45"inch arc, i pushed the arc down to a degree that i had felt was comfortable, i believe inches wise it was around .6-.8 inches.
The back of the arc was followed by a .3 inch arch, i believe using a larger arch would be safer because despite being ABS plastic, it is still quite frail.
Mirror the design on to the other side so it is symmetrical and is the same. The gap between the arches should be the same distance apart as the gaps between screws on a skateboard.
Extrude.
Create another sketch and mirror line on the extrusion that there is now. On this extrusion draw a slot that is slightly larger than your average 10/32 phillips head screw, this way when the plastic cools it should be the perfect size and fit with no problem.
Extrude these slots down ward and make sure the slots are large enough to fit the screws.
Triple check to make sure the walls are a large enough size and are not to thin.
Print out using ABS PLASTIC only, otherwise the other plastics will not be strong enough. Make sure to use rafts and heated plates depending on the printer used.
9.Double check that all settings are correct and the size of the object is to scale.
