Bosch PLL360 Mounting Plate for Bosch Professional Laser Mount

So I printed this very nice and useful bracket / adapter by "Hackis_Holzschmiede" to mount a Bosch Professional Line Laser on a generic "telescopic ceiling mount" (Teleskop-Deckenstütze)

The goal was to get my Laser high enough towards the ceiling to properly mount some curtain rods.

... and found out there was no way to mount my "cheap" Bosch PLL 360 on it without drilling a hole in the bracket.

So I designed a quick and dirty adapter plate in InkScape and OpenSCAD to make my Laser fit. Luckily I already had a screw with the right imperial thread size (1/4"-20 UNC) in my collection.

I didn't want to deal with fillets / chamfers / corner radii in OpenSCAD, so I just used InkScape to make two .SVG shapes with the appropriate edge radius for he lower and upper part of the mounting plate. I then converted them to curves before saving and extruded them to the desired height in OpenSCAD.

Both of the .SVG files contained in the ZIP (Bosch_PLL360_Adapter_Bottom.svg and ..._Top.svg) need to be in the same directory as the .scad file if you want to modify the design.

OpenSCAD apparently takes the INSIDE measurements of the .SVG shapes to extrude, so you have to subtract 2x the border width to get to the desired size.

Maybe this also works on other mounts for the "Professional" Bosch Lasers (GCL 2-XX, GCL3-XX).
