i recommend printing it like in the picture with supports everywhere and 100% infill
some filing is required, mainly for print defects
i printed it in abs but i dont know if it's the best option, it does not come into direct contact with gas

print is tested on evinrude 4,5hp and works,i recommend melting the top of the shaft after poping on the roller with soldering iron so the roller cant escape but is free to rotate
