BI V2.5 Pico conversion

This is my BI V2.5 Pico conversion aka the "The Batman Kit".

This retrofit don't include a height adjustment for the nozzle. Contrary to the BI J-Head, the dimension of the Pico is amazingly accurate. For the same nozzles diameter, I get the same length as far as my caliper can measure. Anyway, the original hotend, with an o-ring, was flimsy (mine at least).

With this conversion, there is no need to ream or dremel the plate's holes. Use what is already there.

I've included the SolidWorks files so you can adjust the parts for your printer.
