Ballon Racer - Speedster

Balloon Racer designed for speed and modularity. Axel shafts made out of PLA have not been tested. Recommend using 2mm x 100mm steel axel shafts. Axle tubes are larger internally to allow for white lithium grease or equivalent. Mounting holes along the body will be tight, you can either modify the design and over bore by 0.25mm or use a 4mm drill bit to widen. Balloon support helps keep the deflated balloon from falling and binding with the front wheels.

Wheels have built in groove to accept thin 3/4 inch O-rings. These help improve traction for a better forward trajectory.
