Yamaha ET250 Front Grill

A grill for a classic Yamaha ET 250 snowmobile that was broken and deformed was scanned with a Freescan Combo 3D scanner from Shining 3D, surfaces was recreated on the mesh from the scanner in Quicksurface and it was finished with manual modelling in TopSolid’Design.

The part was printed in a Stratasys F770 FDM printer, and it fit perfectly on the snowmobile on the first try.
