Z Axis upgrade plate for SainSmart Genmitsu ProverXL 4030 CNC

I upgraded my SainSmart Genmitsu ProverXL 4030 CNC Z axis to a new linear rail with ball screw assembly (RATTMMOTOR ZBX80 100mm). This adapter plate was necessary to make the swap. The plate was made with 6061 Aluminum (1/8" x 4" x 12") CNC cut on the same machine.
