Mini vice with replaceable clamps

There are M4 holes in the base and movable jaw for attaching replaceable clamps

Types of clamps:

• classic;
• sleeve for round objects such as watches;
• for PCB;
• for large PCB.

You can design your own clamps. Sizes for reference:

• base 50x12 mm
• distance between holes of M4 mounting screws - 24 mm

To fasten the clamps and lock washer, countersunk M4 screws of length:

• 16-20 mm for sleeve clamps
• 6-10 mm for remaining clamps and lock washer attachment

viseV2-clampPCB is not symmetrical. Therefore, print the second clamp as a mirrored.

viseV2-sar75 is a sacrificial part to improve the print quality of the long lead screw. When printing, place it at some distance from the lead screw to increase the printing time of the layer.

When assembling, please note that the lead screw has a left-hand thread!
