How I Designed This

I used Creo Parametric to design the Stanley 40oz tumbler with moderate accuracy(Calipers and what details I thought I needed.) Then I designed and swept the profile of the handle. After the majority of the handle was designed I modeled the Aquaphor and inserted it into the handle which seemed too small at that time. I adjusted the shape and location then added smoothing details. Then printed the 1st prototype. 1st print had way too much support, and 2nd was too tight. 3rd print seemed tight but just about right. With use I may make adjustments but currently it works well. Enjoy and included are the native Creo files for others to modify as they see fit.
