New LSW-3 WIFI Data logger Screw mount
Solarman LSW-3 WIFI data logger screw on mount repair as the stock on broke on me. Specifically the 2 clips nead the rop, as seen on the 3D rendered blender image. Meant for Solarman PV inverters.
The model itself is ok-ish geometrically. Feel free to edit it.
Measure once and trial and error 9 times was my approach.
How to install:
-Print this and clean it.
-Remove old screw on mount with a soldering iron or pliers.
-Use a flatheaded screwdriver or pliers and widen the opening of this replacement part slightly and inser the LSW-3 through it. The 6 clips on the bottom should be facing the logger itself. 2 top clips are meant to face the inverter.
-Screw the logger with its new clip on to your inverter. Line the 2 clips with the inserts for them on the bottom of yout inverter. Push gently. Turn 90 degrees gently for it to lock in to place. (You might need to widen the clip slightly for it to fit properly.)
If your finding this difficult to install when printed at 100%, try printing at 101 or 102%. You also might want to sand the edges to be flat and not look like an elephant foot. This will improve the fit.
PETG or PLA should be fine. PLA might not be ideal if the inverter is outside.
I printed mine with Amazon basic white PETG on an Ender 3, 15% infill, 70mm/s, no supports, no rafts, 255C/70C, 50% cooling, 0.4mm nozzle, 0.12 layers and 2 bot and top layers.
