Summary

An improvement for Z-endstop tuning on Prusa i3 rework (from eMotion Tech).

Instructions

The first part "Z_endstop_holder" is fixed on two screws of the left Z axis motor, and will support the Z endstop mechanical sensor.

The second part "Z_endstop_tuning_screw_holder" is fixed on the lower screw of X_end_motor. It will support a M4x40mm screw, with a M4 nut inserted below and a spring. You may avoid the spring if the 4mm diameter hole is printed less than 4mm, so that the screw will thread in the plastic together with in the nut. This is another way to ensure the screw will never move after manually tuning.

This will really ease tuning the homing position for Z axis : a quater of revolution of the screw will tune Z-home position of less than 0.2mm.
