AM4/AM3 mounting plate for XSPC Raystorm CPU Waterblock

To be used to replace the AM3 bracket from old XSPC Raystorm CPU water cooler blocks such that it can be used with AM4 socket. Includes 2 slots on underside for 70mm ARGB strips.

Reuse the thin metal plate from the AM3 mount bracket/plate and use the new Mounting plate as a template to drill the AM4 Provisions. Attach as normal to AM4 build.

Recommended Print with PETG or higher thermal resistant material (stiffer is better)
