E3D V6 Kossel Effector with thread for E3D pushfit

The original object was nice but a few things annoy me personally. He changed the thickness of the effector and I didn't like the screw tightin up the hotend in the effector and instead replace it with the standard constriction done by the fan shroud
The only things I've kept is the thread raised part that will accept the E3D push fit connector.
