Point tokens cover for MLEM Space Agency insert by exedriver

This is a lid for points token box from MLEM Space Agency insert by exedriver.
There are two holes for original knobs, and two new knobs (5mm higher) to touch cardboard lid (original knobs aren't tall enough).
