Black&Decker Food Processor (from Walmart) Blade Repair

So, you bought a Black & Decker food processor from Walmart, and the first or second time you shredded cheese with it the hub of the blade stripped out? Yea? Well, you aren't alone.

You WILL need to scale this print to fit your particular hub and blade, and it will depend on the plastic you use and your printer calibration. I suggest printing upside down just a few layers to get the scale correct.

On my printer, At 100% the new hub will press on the shaft but be loose on the blade. At 110 percent, it will be loose on the shaft and not fit the blade at all. I believe I used 101 or 102% for an easy fit to both, using PLA. Again, using another material like ABS will result in the need for differrent scaling. This is supposed to be a very tight press fit in the blade, yet allow you to turn upside down on shaft to use the other side of the blade.

Designed quickly on tinkercad, this worked for me so at this point I have no intention of updating. You are free to do whatever you wish with this part as long as credit for the design is maintained.

Use this at your own risk.
