Kaypro 5.25" 16x2 LCD Gotek Mount

This is a remix of Tom_DD's 5.25" gotek mount, intended for my Kaypro 2.

Notable changes:

Switch to larger 16x2 LCD screen with screw mounts.
Changed rear mount pegs to screw holes.
Side screws are now nutslot inserts for M3 square nuts and SHCS's
Lip added around front to 'catch' front of computer for nicer look.
Removed hex shaped nut cutout from front in favor of a circular depression.
Kept back end open to make connection of ribbon easier.
Slight stiffening with 1mm uniform bottom and walls.
