bushing for 1" metal conduit

I needed bushings for 1" metal conduit ends to be able to run CAT6 without shaving the insulation off while pulling the cable and couldn't get anything in stock in town so I made this.

Printed conduit inserted end up with no rafts or supports. inside end is beveled to make it easier to push pull sticks or fish tape through from the other end of the conduit. outside face opening also angled too.

With the conduit ends filed after cutting I was able to insert these up to the little bumps on the sides and then get them all the way in with with a single tap of a small mallet for a pretty good friction fit.

Conduit I made these to use with was part number 898304 from Allied Moulded.
