Cotton Club Insert (Thiner) with name

Remixed insert with:

• Thiner walls (maybe allow sleeved cards, but don't know, will test it)
• Name on side walls for tokens compartment.
• Base support for cards compartments, for preventing cards to slide down the insert.

Also, it spends less time and filament.

Printed at 0.28mm layer height in PLA.
