IBEW 613 Hardhat Clip

Added 613 to the hardhat clip originally posted by NxtLvl51. If you use his IBEW hardhat clip and then use my 613 clip, then you will have one one each side of the hard hat that says "IBEW 613" combined. Made in tinkercad. Printed upside down with supports.
