Dayton 1TDR3A Blower Mount for Airbrush Spray Booth

This is the input flange used on my airbrush spray booth to mount the Dayton 1TDR3A squirrel cage blower to the top.

You'll need to remove the input flange that comes on the blower. You can then tap the larger holes on the fan for an M6 or 1/4-20 bolt, or you can just cross-thread some flat 8-32 machine screws into the smaller holes. Before mounting the flange to the adapter, drop four 1.25 inch 1/4-20 bolts into the four holes with hex heads and use those to secure the flange to the top plywood of your spray booth (assuming you're using 1/2" plywood - adjust length of bolts accordingly if you're using something different).
