K-32.5" belt for Delta 11-990C drill press

Delta used a proprietary V-belt ("K-32.5") on this series of drill presses. It's only 5/16" wide and 32.5" circumference. It is no longer available from Delta and NOS ones are expensive and hard to find.

This is printed with 95A TPU. I twisted the cross-section so one side of the V is actually flat on the bed so it can be printed without support. It looks a little weird on the plate, but the belt is so thin it orients itself properly in the sheaves when installed.

I used Orca Slicer 2.0.0 with the new Scarf Joint Seam set to Contour and hole, and with Seam position set to Random so there is no seam cutting across multiple layers. 0.4mm nozzle and layer height at 0.28mm. Strength settings were 5 top layers, 5 bottom layers and 5 wall loops with alternate extra loop. 50% infill with Triangles infill pattern.

It took about an hour and 15 minutes to print with volumetric speed limited to 6 cu.mm/second. A very clean print with virtually no stringing. Strong and tough, no slipping and thus far, no stretching.

The outer diameter is about 270mm, so a large build plate is required.

STL, Freecad and 3mf file (with Orca's settings) included.
