Neck Ring (Front and Back) with recesses for magents

I modified the neck ring files for Jesse_M's C-3PO torso to allow the insertion of magnets to hold the front and back pieces together. I designed these parts to hold eight 8mm x 3mm and eight 5mm x 4mm magnets.
