I change it so the pixels are filled in after 1mm. You can pause the print after it has done 0.8mm and switch to white filament for four layers and then go back to black and you'll have white pixels instead of empty ones (of course you won't be able to see through them now).

Obviously rotate the file in your slicer so the front of the glasses is on the bed. The pixels aren't that big, so most printed should be able to bridge over them and supports shouldn't be needed.
