Dad lost one and designed and printed two in 45 minutes. I used a SLA printer for these with a fast curing resin and they came out incredibly well. Generally a lot of different resins should work as hub centric rings are not designed to bear the load of the vehicle. They only keep the wheel centered for lug torquing and the torque of the lug nuts causing friction on the machined rim surface + hub surface bears all the weight of the vehicle.
