Intercom Viewer Desk Mount

Update! As someone commented here, if you screw the mount to a surface, and affix the Intercom Viewer to the mount, you will not have room between the surface and the Viewer to insert the removal tool to get the Viewer back off the mount. That will make it very difficult to remove or change anything at that point. I would recommend not screwing it down with the current design. If anyone needs it, I can make an alternate version with more height added to the mount so the Viewer sits higher up and the removal tool can be inserted as needed.

I remixed an electrical box I found on here to make it a desk mount for the new UniFi Access Intercom Viewers that we're installing.

My first attempt needed some work but file Version 1.1 has been updated to fit the mounting plate provided by UniFi and I've recessed the plate so the Viewer now sits nearly flush with the front of the mount.

I recommend adding some rubber "feet" to the base if you aren't screwing it down. The unit is prone to slide on a smooth desk. I just had some laying around but you can find them easily online as well.

If anyone finds any issues with this model just let me know and I can likely make tweaks to it.
