Crystal Claver

成膜用結晶を劈開して結晶基板を作製するとき、結晶を保持するために使えます。

使い方

3Dプリントした本製品の凹みに結晶をセットし、結晶の角に鋭い刃物を垂直にあててハンマーで叩いて割ってください。カッターナイフでもよいですが、すぐに刃こぼれするので鋭いところを使いましょう。

結晶の大きさ

対応している結晶のサイズは10 mm角と20 mm角です。

ノズルは0.4mmを想定して作りました。

Crystal Cleaver

This tool can be used to hold crystals intact when producing crystalline substrates by cleaving crystals for film deposition.

How to Use

Set the crystal into the depression of this 3D-printed product, then place a sharp blade vertically at the corner of the crystal and strike it with a hammer to cleave it. You can also use a utility knife, but be mindful that the blade may dull quickly, so use a sharp one.

Crystal Sizes

The compatible crystal sizes are 10 mm square and 20 mm square.
