Summary

I bought this Multi Purpose Lap Desk from MenKind. I was very pleased with it. But I got frustrated when the mouse would slide of the tray when getting up. So I made this barrier that you can glue on which stops the mouse from dropping of the tray.

I have enclosed the FreeCAD file as well so it can be modified to fit other trays.

How I Designed This

I have enclosed two FreeCAD files one: mouse-barrier-8 which was designed using Part Workbenches, in FreeCAD.

The second was: mouse-barrier-by-PD-v02-Better which was designed using Part Design Workbenches in FreeCAD.

Both will produce the same barrier but using 2 different techniques. The second one would be easier to alter.
