Falcon Heavy 8 Psyche

Forgot to release this. My bad. The Falcon Heavy Launch 8 / Psyche Mission was the first ever launch I saw in person and I wanted to print my own model. Almost a complete remodel using AstroNot's Falcon Heavy https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4357356 as a base. Scaled at 1:100, using general dimensions of the spacecraft and pictures. I engaged my OCD to max on this one. This launch used a new core in expendable mode. (No grid fins/controls, landing legs) I combined all 3 booster cores into a single print to keep alignment of the nozzles for my Falcon Heavy Smoke Stand https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6580768 which is a remix of pejvl's Falcon 9 rocket smoke stands https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4683397 The bottoms of the side boosters are so fried from multiple launched that I printed the Boosters Bases in matte black and weathered with white paint. The booster connection points were too small to do any detail. I adjusted the side booster strut points to be more accurate along with remodeling the bottom struts. The Interstage had been reworked to print the struts better and the actuators were removed to print separately. I just could not get a clean print due to the small size of the parts. I added detail for the inside of the interstage (OCD and caffeine enabled!) along with remaking the Interstage Stabilizer using the limited pic and screengrabs that I could find. This includes pressure tanks, valves, pusher pistons, padding, and grid controls. (grid fins and controls were removed for this flights core but can be added to a Falcon 9 model) I remodeled the second stage engine and reworked the stage to fit a split fairing (still working on interior) held together with 2mm x 2mm magnets. I remixed the Psyche Spacecraft using ddThingz Psyche Spacecraft (edited) https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5570066 and designed a Payload adapter as well. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6579429 I've included the current model of the fairing but it has the wrong iteration of the interior which I remodeled from AntsinAfricas Falcon 9 Fairing Upgrade https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4584886 (so many versions of the fairings up to this point) To limit the amount of painting, all non-white parts are labeled. Parts printed at .2mm layer height unless stated.

In the main picture, I hadn't finished the model. It was still missing the grid fins, the interstage actuators, and some engines. Got burned out building. Still not done...
