K8200 Z_Axis_Rod_Clamp_Big V2

K8200 Z_Axis_Rod_Clamp_Big V2 has a second 8mm linear guide, obtained.

These makes the Z Axis guiding stabler.

measure 0,5mm thin wall, 0,54 mm (+/- 20µm )

In combination of, ( e.g.) the K82003Drag_Z-axis_wobble_and_backlash_reducer; you have the best wobble-reducing, you get for low budget (material coast ca. 5€) Z-axis wobble reducer.

But one wobble problem "Z-axis distance drift +/- 2,5%",
can only one help, change the M8 threaded rod,
e.g.

  • M8, V4A threaded rod (DIN976 !!!)
    or
  • trapezoidal threaded rod with nut (DIN976)
    plan budget material coast ca. 15-60€
