Summary

Simple easy to load and strong spool.
Just pop out or pop in the spool.
Mount filament spool on threaded rod with cones and wingnuts.
Slide on bearings.
Drop into place.

Very solid !

Instructions

Print out the cones, the two sides and the base.
use 19mm dia, 6mm wide 8mm hole- bearings.
use 5/16 dia all thread and wingnuts

parts are very tight be design. sand where you insert the sides so they are very tight Glue if you want. Small flat bearing holder gets glued to the sides. There is a small ledge to hold it.

To mount spool of material use all thread rod- 2 cones- wingnuts and just slide the bearings on and rest into the bearing slots. Very nice spool.

For extra wide spools glue 2 bases together and use a longer rod
