Short and Tall Candle Holder remixed from Mrcleanr6's thing:377116

Mrcleanr6's candle holders are very nice, but they had a recess in the base and overhangs at the top of the candle holder, meaning they had to have a lot of support material to print properly. I removed the inset area in the base...who looks at it, and it gives a larger area for a soft velvet base to prevent scratches to desks and tables.
I also cut off the top of the candle holder, added a locating block, and it can be printed with no support. The original cover was used, it was the only thing I didn't change.
Parts can be glued together with cyano glue, just make sure the top is straight before it sets.
