Summary

This is a Print in Place Pop Socket. There is no need to assemble or glue anything and no need for support material. It does requires a well calibrated printer though. Use the finest print quality possible. I've used 0.12mm.

            <div><p>As this was designed to not require any support and assembly, low tolerances were used so parts will print slightly glued to each other. First use a utility knife to unglue the top part(smaller circle) from the telescoping part but don't cut it completely. The center should stay attached. After it starts to move, use your thumb to press the bottom part(bigger circle). Once everything is loose start to telescope the parts and rotate one at a time while holding the others for a while so it will sort of sand the parts and make them work smoothly.</p><p>If your print fails because the gaps are too small edit the fusion 360 file to add bigger gaps between the parts and comment what gaps work well for you and which printer and settings you used.</p></div>
