Summary

This air knife shoots a wide flat band of air (works well with coolant too!) and clamshells around modular coolant/air pipes commonly seen in shops. Works really well, and is much quieter than a standard nozzle.

Instructions

I build them vertically with the thin part at the top. If you face them inside out (back to back), it will improve the surface finish on the inside where it counts (no retract fuzz).

For version 1-1.0, One side needs to be tapped for 1/2" long 6-32 or similar screw X 4. There is little bleed out the sides, but you can always use a very thin layer of silicone upon assembly.

Nozzle 1.3 is universal (same for both sides). It uses 4-40 x .5 screws and nuts. It doesn't matter which side you assemble it from. I also added a 1/4 inch hole for easy mounting.
